Lillian was a National Titleholder in 2020 through the Miss Amazing Organization; a self-esteem and advocacy movement for girls and women with disabilities. During Covid-19, Lillian founded a support group for other participants in the Miss Amazing organization called JoyAble! "I wanted to provide a space for girls to focus on the simple joys in their life," Lillian explained, "especially during an unprecedented time." Lillian asked Olivia to team up with her to make this group come to life. After 3 months of weekly meetings, Lillian and Olivia became lifelong friends.

Lillian graduated high school in 2021, and is currently attending college at High Point University!

Behind the scenes of 411: Disability Awareness

"My brother was twelve when his diagnosis of Sensory Integration and Oppositional Defiant Disorder were confirmed.

As a family, we studied my brother's behavior to create an environment for him to feel safe and successful. In the process of learning how my brother operated, I learned something about myself. My Junior year of college I was diagnosed with ADD.

I began the pursuit of founding my program, 411: Disability Awareness in 2015, and was granted 501(c)(3) non-profit status in February of 2020. My non-profit has currently reached over 2,500 students in the state of Missouri, and has raised over $20,000 for children with physical and mental impairments. Through 411: Disability Awareness, my partnerships with Miss Amazing and KCMO Angels, and my participation in the Miss Universe Organization, I will continue to be an advocate for the 48.9 million people with disabilities nationwide."

Meet Olivia!

I was born in New Zealand, but have spent the majority of my life calling Kansas City, Missouri home (Go Chiefs)! I have been called 'older sister' to over 24 children in the Missouri Foster Care System, had a heart procedure in 2013, and was once a magician's assistant.

I am currently an Account Manager for Gap Inc. at a Digital Marketing Agency called Merkle.

I am pursuing a Master's Degree in Professional Studies and Applied Communication through Missouri State University. I am excited to use my Master's Degree to further my career in client communications, grow my non-profit, and start my own business, "W.E. - Women Everywhere."
